A delightful, two-storey townhouse in a gated complex in central Cowes, a short stroll from the many supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants of Cowes. Downstairs is the open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living area (with TV & DVD player), leading to the rear courtyard. The main bedroom has its own en-suite (with shower and toilet) and there is a fully equipped Laundry (washing machine & clothes dryer), plus an additional Toilet. Upstairs a further two bedrooms are found, as is the main bathroom (with freestanding bath, shower, and double vanity), a separate toilet and an additional living area (with TV & DVD player). The Outdoor Area is completely enclosed, north-facing courtyard (with outdoor setting for 6). This home is one of three townhouses that share a solar-heated pool, and an undercover BBQ area. There is ample parking with a remote-control double garage and additional street parking outside of the complex. The fully appointed kitchen is well equipped. The home contains reverse cycle split system units in both living areas, as well as a gas log fire in the main living area.
Bedding Configuration - Sleeps 6 guests:
Bedroom 1- (downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2- (upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 3- (upstairs): Two King Single beds
Linen - This home does not include linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). Doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied. Linen Hire is available at $25 per person (supply only), Bed making is $15 per bed. We need 48 Hours notification for this service.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.
You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.
Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded
KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.
