This lovely home is perfect for 2 families.
The two storey home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and two separate living areas; upstairs lounge has a pool table and guests can use the garage.
ALL LINEN PROVIDED AT THIS PROPERTY
Relax and enjoy a BBQ, go for a bike ride down the quiet bush lined tracks. This home offers all the luxuries to make your stay a memorable one. Foxtel is available, NO WIFI
Pets allowed ONLY at the Owners discretion. We request a bond of $200, which is returned once the property has been checked for digging/scratches/poop/hair/damage etc. PETS ALLOWED ON OWNERS APPROVAL - Pets allowed ONLY at the Owners discretion.
DOG BOND PAYABLE : $200
Property can sleep up to 11 guests.

GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES!

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

The location is good and property is a good size. We were not impressed with the accommodation especially when it comes to cleanliness. We have already sent our feedback to the property management company

We had a special week away with children and grandchildren to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay to accommodate our needs! The place was clean and had everything we needed for our week away. The grandchildren were most impressed with the games room. The layout of the house was ideal and the two minute walk to the beach was an added bonus. We had a wonderful time there.

Very pleased with the house, as obtaining a location for 11 to 12 people is not easy. Home suited us perfectly. I stayed at this property with six mates ( all men) for 4 nights. This home is very comfortable and well appointed. The double lockup garage was awesome and perfect for our motorcycles. There are fun gaming machines for the kids in two different rooms and a pool table for the big kids upstairs. The beds are on the firm side but the rooms are large and with good storage. There are 3 full bathrooms with toilets, and the kitchen has everything you need. Take your own toilet paper and paper towels though. The linen service via the agent is nice and easy. The BBQ was pretty good and was handy.Overall it was a nice "home away from home" for us. We recommended this stay for families or just a group of mates.

Loved the playroom, great pool table with all the needed accessories. great gaming room for the kids. the house was warm all the time with decent fireplace and A/C. was a bit disappointing to not be able to use the hot tub and I was even not aware that it won't be working. i have actually filtered places with hot tub and that accepts pets (our dog). besides that A+

Fabulous position, friendly neighborhood and the staff at the Estate Agency were super helpful. The welcome box of chocolates was lovely too, so thanks.

The house itself is the perfect beachhouse getaway, 5 bedrooms, 2 games rooms (1 with 2 x futon beds) and lots of outdoor space - veranda and lovely lawns to sprawl out on.

The house was not very clean - floors sandy and dirty, smudgy marks everywhere, table and benches not super clean, cobwebs and daddy longlegs, which was a real shame. The house could also do with some updated dinnerware and wine glasses, there are no champagne glasses provided. The spa was not in use, nor were we able to use the benchtop grill. BBQ gas bottle was empty which was a faff to go out and refill just on dinnertime.
