McLardy Escape is a quality family home located close to Cowes main township, the beach,and has everything you could desire for a perfect family holiday. In ground pool with separate spa, backyard, undercover deck with outdoor furniture.
Inside the home has been upgraded with quality fittings, furniture and a new kitchen fully equipped. Free WiFi provided, ample parking for two cars, split system air-con and heating, two separate living areas, two TV's, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms (one bathtub).

LINEN NOT SUPPLIED
The property is fully self-contained with all kitchen equipment.
Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.

If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival/on check in.
All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

Non-smoking policy: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners.
NOT PET FRIENDLY.
Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded less $100 processing fee.
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded unless the property can be re-booked at a similar rate.

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.
