Your perfect family holiday awaits! Located on Lovers Walk Beach, this foreshore property is sure to impress with fantastic water views and direct beach access through a secure gate. The property is situated within easy walking distance to Cowes shopping centre, the jetty and Cowes sporting facilities. No wifi. Complete with 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms making it the perfect holiday house for the whole family. The upstairs has a large open plan kitchen/living/dining room and a balcony with spectacular Westernport Bay the whales and dolphins! The master and 2nd bedroom, both with ensuites are also upstairs. While downstairs has a further 3 bedrooms, (one is extra-large with air conditioning, TV and couch). Views, wood fire, table tennis table, kayaks, baby gate for stairs - plus much more. PET NOT WELCOME
Upstairs:
Bedroom 1 (master) - 1 x queen bed with spacious ensuite/2 basins.
Bedroom 2 - 1 x queen bed with ensuite/shared bathroom.
Downstairs:
Bedroom 3 - 1 x queen bed with spacious ensuite.
Bedroom 4 - 1 x queen bed.
Bedroom 5 - 1 x double bed and 1 x king single bed, TV, couch, air conditioning, sliding doors to outside.
Separate bathroom (with bath), powder room and laundry.
LINEN NOT SUPPLIED
Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES!

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

This house ticks so many boxes from the great location near shops/ restaurants and across a path to the beach. A true quality home.Well planned for large numbers, good size bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms and toilets. It is disappointing that a house in this end of the market still hasn't addressed the problem of cleanliness that previous visitors have needed dusting,floors mopped and kitchen cabinets and fridge wiped down.
A bit more attentionb to detail would be expected in a rental of this calibre.

The property is right on the beach & a very short walk to the main shops. It has room for a very large family with everything you need. Unfortunately the carpet in lounge was covered in dog fur & under couches were dirty. Cobwebs & spiders in one room & windowsills were dirty. Other than those small things it was a great stay & will definitely stay there again.

Amazing location and home, however, we found the property not at all sufficiently cleaned prior to our arrival. Towels and Linen provided was old/grey/shabby and some dirty linen/towels were actually left at property for us to find. For a property of this quality, we found no soap was provided in bathrooms. Showers not cleaned with past guests empty containers left in them. Such a shame, as we loved Cowes and this property in general, we would return on a quarterly basis if the cleanliness was improved.
