This is the perfect location for a family holiday or a weekend away for the adults.

NO LINEN SUPPLIED - Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival. NOT PET FRIENDLY

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.
You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.
Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded
KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

The unit was in an amazing spot with a flawless view, we spent a lot of time on the balcony soaking it in.
Generally the house was tidy and well kept with a few minor upgrades needed here and there but still comfortable.

We choose this apartment for its close location to the Main Street in Cowes Phillip Island, the spacious kitchen and amazing views. The downsides were there was no wifi (as noted in the details of the listing) and there were additional costs required for linen

Apartment had a great view and was in a great location. However it felt a bit run down and dirty and wasn't what I would expect for the money paid. We also had to bring our own linen and towels which I did not see in the fine print, pretty unimpressed with this stay.

The location was amazing. The booking was a little annoying though. I booked through Wotif and there was no mention that linen was not included. Then the real estate wanted to charge me for linen. The acknowledged the mistake and then gave me linen but not enough. I specifically told the manager I needed specific sheets and he gave me less meaning that night we had to sleep without them. That was very disapointing. He specifically ignored my answer as to how many we needed. Actually quite rude to be honest. I wa then emailed and asked to contact Wotif about the issue with linen - sorry, not my issue. Yours.
There was also no hair dryer in either bathrooms and the window between the 2nd and 3rd bedroom was annoying because it let light in at night if the light were on in one. Other main issues were there fans that were really loud across the whole apartment if someone went into ANY bathroom. Really annoying if your trying to sleep and someone down the end of the corridor goes to the toilet. The bath was also very dirty and a lot of dust under the beds which shows that the cleaning needs to be improved.

This is a nice roomy apartment in a great location. But our experience was marred by the unclean condition of the unit: unswept floors - stove top not cleaned from previous use - dirty patio table hadn't been washed in ages - dishwash brush was filthy. Unfortunately on the basis of our experience we could not recommend this apartment.

Location is perfect as walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. View is beautiful and sitting on balcony is bliss. Apartment is comfortable and perfect for a family with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Balcony furniture and fixtures were a bit tired and cobwebby. Sue from First National was a delight to deal with and responded promptly to any issues we had. We had a lovely 3 days and especially enjoyed lunch at Churchill Island cafe.
