This Holiday house is nestled in an ideal beach side location and is the perfect beach house getaway.
Excellent walking access to the YCW Beach and Smiths Beach shops. Listen to the sound of the surf crash from the large deck area.
The secure yard is dog friendly for bigger dogs (fence is combined wood and wire). No wifi.
PETS WELCOME OUTSIDE AND DOWNSTAIRS ONLY - will allow outside dogs only, we request a DOG bond of $200, which is returned once the property has been checked for digging/scratches/poop/hair/damage etc
The perfect holiday house for every member of the family.
The steep driveway offers plenty of room for up to 4 cars and you could fit the boat!
The upstairs kitchen with electric oven, has everything you need including a Delonghi Pod Coffee machine, open plan with dining table, reverse cycle air conditioner, lounge and deck with outdoor furniture and BBQ.
Upstairs has a bathroom with a shower and basin and separate toilet.
Downstairs has the entrance, 4th bedroom with TV, laundry and small bathroom, which has a shower and toilet.

1 X QUEEN and 1 BUNK, (suitable for children).
LINEN NOT SUPPPLIED.
Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES!

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY 2023
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

Great location for MotoGP week, Last year 2023 we received a welcome pack simple gesture, but it made us feel appreciated, this year no welcome pack but the price had gone up approximately $400 for the stay.

Our family of 6 enjoyed four nights at 63 Marlin Street. The booking process was easy, Pago and Jodie are always a pleasure to deal with.
We were really impressed with the cleanliness of the house, this was by far the cleanest property we have stayed in on the Island and the first holiday rental we have ever stayed at where the dishes were sparkling clean and didn’t require washing prior to use!
The house is nicely presented, mattresses are comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils, pots and dishes you could possibly need.
Location is great with YCW beach only a 5 minute walk away.

We normally book AIR BNB, Decided to go through First National Real Estate for 2023, the whole experience from start to finish was exceptional, My first contact was with Rachael, very helpful and knowledgeable on the location of the house as we were looking to get as close to the motor sports facility as we could, my final dealings were with Pago she was very helpful also, the keys were left at the property saving us a trip into town

While the booking process was rather more complicated than the usual booking process for AirBnb the property itself was as described - clean, well appointed and in a good location. A very relaxing holiday home vibe.

The location was great, but the house needs maintenance. Lights not working, pieces of furniture broken and taps not working. When the property manager was notified, their response was very poor.

We spent 3 nights here and loved it! Location is great. easy walk to beaches and for morning coffee. Accommodation was dog friendly and was still very clean and didnt smell. we would definitely return!

We enjoyed a lovely couple of days on the island. A lunch at Phillip Is. Winery was superb and very close to our house on Smith Beach. Great house, close to the beach and well kept. Great value too.

This is a lovely house in Smiths’s Beach, perfectly located between Smith’s and YCW. Spotlessly clean, light and airy living area and bedrooms, kitchen with plenty of equipment. Large garden is fully fenced. Great place for a relaxing break.

My family and I had a lovely stay here. We were joined by another family for the first few nights. The space allowed for 2 families to holiday together easily. The house was fresh and relatively clean. The kitchen was well stocked with essential items and appliances that came in handy. The upstairs toilet doesn’t flush well- you have to really hold the button down to get a flush. But second toilet downstairs was better. In terms of a holiday house we had no complaints. Perhaps not as big as we had imagined, but still lovely. Perfect location with an easy stroll to two beaches and a 10 minute drive to town. Communication with Sue was fantastic. Would re- book for sure.
