GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES!

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

The house was spacious, comfortable, super clean and well-supplied with everything we needed, as well as being within easy walking distance to beach, shops etc. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was very clean and comfortable enough. Needs a bit of maintenance and we left a list when we returned the keys. TV needs to be replaced. Smoke alarm needs to be moved - continuously goes off during normal use of oven and stove. Key to garage/house door would be helpful. Staff contacted owner re: keys but no response.

Location was fabulous. Supply of linen as agreed. Kitchen and living space perfect for our family and access to the courtyard and pool great. Amenities provided were great
Disappointed the washing machine didn't work and the upstairs air conditioners in 2 rooms turned off during the night.
Would rent it again!!

We stayed at unit 6 in Cowes with the family, what a great spot! Stones throw to the beach and Main Street and a great roomy apartment. Definitely be back

The place is in a brilliant location close to everything walking distance to beach and shops. The home itself is very clean and comfortably sleeps up to 8. The only downsides were the outdoor setting which was old and not usable and it probably needs a exterminator as there were quite a few spiders which ‘excited’ the kids. All in all a great place to stay.
