The lovely, modern, ground floor massive apartment comprises open plan kitchen/living with split system heating/airconditioning and a great balcony where you can see the beach.
A great kids park and beach across the road, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, modern furnishings and fittings, security entry and secure basement car parking for two cars. Entry is from Findlay Street, balcony faces West/Findlay Street.
Only a very short stroll to the restaurants, cafes, shops and the main beach of Cowes.
Unlimited WiFi and Smart TV. NOT PET FRIENDLY.
Ground floor apartment, kitchen with large fridge, ceramic cook top, oven and dishwasher.
Fully equipped laundry with front loading washing machine, dryer and ironing board and high chair.
Dining table converts to a pool table.
Sleeps 8 guests:
Bedroom 1 - 1 x king bed with en-suite
Bedroom 2 - 1 x queen bed
Bedroom 3 - 2 sets of bunks, suitable for children. (porta cot).
LINEN NOT SUPPLIED
Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.
You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.
Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded
KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

Travelled from interstate for a wedding. Found the apartment had everything we needed. Great safe access from the car park underneath, and good security for accessing the building generally. Would definitely stay again.

We rent this place 2 to 3 times a year. Every time we get there, the apartment is spotless clean. We like the living area as it is big enough to fit a crowd of 6 to 8 people easily without stepping on each other. The beach, the shops, the restaurants are close by. We also enjoyed the numerous walking tracks which offer us some exercise. The beds are very comfortable to give us a restful night sleep. In our last stay, we enjoyed the monthly beachside market where you can find some interesting treasures and nice street food too. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves the beach, good food and like some moments of relaxation. Our thanks also go to the helpful estate agent, Pago and the staff members for their excellent customer service, always trying to please us with our requests.

Great apartment. Great location. Spacious. Surprisingly quiet. Pool table was fantastic and got used non-stop. Basic amenities could have been better and washing machine needed a clean. But overall a very positive experience and would definitely recommend.

Recently stayed at unit 4 The Esplanade, The property was as it was advertised and in a great location. Well maintained and clean. Easy to organize and dealing with Real Estate who looks after property. Highly recommended for a family stay or small group of friend's.

We always book this apartment about twice yearly. It suits our needs for a nice break every time. We always find it clean when we get there. It is at walking distance to the beach, pub, restaurants, grocery stores and other amenities. The apartment is spacious enough to accommodate several people ( maximum 8 ) comfortably without invading each other’s space. We always have a great time when we go to this location. I would go back again next year and would recommend the place to anyone who would like a good beach holiday spot .

Apartment was awesome, close to beach and shops.Heaps of info on the area.Beds were very comfortable and clean .Bathrooms were spacious .Had a bit of trouble getting to the keys as it was dark and hard to find the key box through road works at the back of store.Had a bit of trouble finding the apartment partially my fault for not reading instructions.Got in only to have trouble finding that the electricity was not on.Not realising that the little green key tag needs to be put into a slot,Not a normal Hotel room Tag. Could of used a sign on the key slot .But still got it working ok after ringing the after hours number.(That number should be displayed on the fridge)

It is easy access to activities like bowling, Mini Golf and trips to Nobbies, Penguin Parade, Cowes RSL for playing the Pokies. The wifi was really strong at every part of the apartment which was quite important to our family to stay connected with our friends during the Easter break. We also liked the entertainment package on the Smart TV that offers a variety of shows for all ages. We liked the place and we are going back there again in a not distant future.

Highly recommend this apartment , super clean and the location is perfect. Ocean views from the outdoor entertaining area and 30 metres from the foreshore . Will defiantly be back.
We had a lovely time at this location during our stay! We went with friends and the size of the family room is that spacious that you have lots of space for everybody to be together and have fun as a group. The beds were very comfortable . The rooms were clean. All the amenities/ustensils that you require were provided. The location is across the road from the beach & it's a short walking distance from restaurants, cafes , pub,pier, shopping centres. The owner is very accommodating if you have any special requests. We would definitely reccommend this property without any hesitation. We are going back there this Easter holidays!
