This unit is on the lower level on the right hand side (looking at the picture).
This Small Block of units consists of 3 UNITS within the building. Shared laundry facilities.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.
You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.
Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded
KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

Location very central to beach and shops. Clean and had all the modern cons of home, dishwasher, laundry tv and a pool.
Kitchen lounge, bathroom and bedrooms were a good size for a family.

Beach House ApartmentsVisiting Cowes to go whale watching we were lucky to stay in a wonderful holiday apartment. Ideally situated less than 100m from the beach and the Main Street, it was a quiet and idyllic spot to stay. The apartment has everything you need and is beautifully presented. Neat and clean with comfortable furniture and all the items you need. A bit cold to utilise the pool but it was very inviting

Awesome little place with everything needed for a small family. Walking distance to Cowes and the beach. Everything was clean and well cared for. The pool and playground, plus large deck to relax on really made our holiday special.
Very Dirty and Zero Privacy

Oven was full of roast dripping. Webs and leaves as well as a large dead spider in different parts of the kitchen but in plain sight. Carpet was filthy, hadn't been vacuumed and noice from adjoining units felt like the walls and ceiling were not insulated against noise. Curtains also have large gaps affecting privacy as it is a shared space and we were on ground floor so everyone walking past our window.

Was a very enjoyable stay, would stay again. Loved the pool, we swam every day. Great location, just a short walk to the beach and shops. Could be a very good retreat for a group (As long as those upstairs are not too noisy, you can hear them walking around) But overall a very good stay.

Lovely stay in Cowes but had a few issues with the property. 1) some maintenance required in the bathroom, 2) fridge iced over & leaked, 3) oven not clean, 4) pool not clean. Otherwise the property was spacious & the location was walking distance to beach & all shops. Suggestion for the owners is to install flywire/security doors both front & back so that the doors can be left open for a breeze without inviting bugs in.

The unit was nice and comfortable. The layout and amenities were good. A bit pricy considering we had to bring our own linen and there was no internet.

The location was great for families, walking distance from town, beach and playground. Overall the property needs updating, no reception, no wifi, DVD's missing from their boxes. We were asked to vaccumm after our stay and the vaccumm didnt work.

The location of this unit is fantastic - a quick walk to shops, cafes, beach and playground, but just far enough away that it feels very quiet which was great. The kids as part of our group enjoyed the playground and pool - abs from this unit and the one above we were able to supervise very easily. We enjoyed the balconies and indoor/outdoor living.
We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the property overall. There were stains on the couch cushions, dust on many surfaces, hair on the nightstands and hand prints on high touch areas which made us feel as though it was not thoroughly cleaned. The dishwashing brush was also black with grease so we used the dishwasher for everything. It is in general a bit dated.
A couple of other things to note about this unit: the cars for both unit 2 and 3 are parked directly outside, so it does not have much privacy. There is also no soundproofing between this unit and the one above. Every footstep can be heard. This is ok if you are staying with friends but wouldn’t recommend it if you were staying alone.

Great place big pool for the kids great location central to shop and beach and fantastic welcoming staff at First National.
Very old hot water system. Hot water pressure in the shower was extremely slow. The showerhead is required to be replaced. Kitchen with Induction Cooktop doesn’t work!
