we travel to PI for an annual motorcycle race meeting, always stay at the same house
This year would be the 5th time we have stayed at number 11 and will be booking same house again next year

We had a loverly time at 11 Genesta, the house was lovely and spacious, well presented, clean and great location. Most of the beds were very comfy, bunk room beds a bit squeaky and that was the only negative. House had everything you needed and very very inviting and comfy. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for having us stay.

My family enjoyed a wonderful few days at No 11. The house was clean, well equipped and even a separate lounge for the kids to play games watch dvds etc. A broken electric kettle was quickly replaced. Property manager was friendly and helpful. A great location on the island from which to enjoy its many attractions. We would definitely book this cottage again.

This is the second time we have rented through you and rented this property. The layout and location is perfect for our needs. We did find this time that the cleanliness of the property was not as good as the first time and using the frypans was difficult as they don’t heat up evenly as they are bowed and don’t sit flat on the hot plates

We had a great weekend in the house but it was soured by the incredibly rude property manager who rang me and accused me of stealing a cushion from the house. When I explained that I did not, I was called a liar and was verbally abused. I recommend anyone intending to rent a house to take a video on entering so you cover yourself from aggressive accusations.

We have stayed at this property on a number of previous occasions and have been mainly happy. This time was a little disappointing. BBQ had not been cleaned (food scraps), takeaway ice cream container left on top of cupboard & thick layer of dust on cabinet in games room.

A very clean and spacious house with all the amenities you need that sleeps a number of people. Great location to shops and beach, no car needed. My international visitors loved it!

Stayed at this property 3 times now, great location, great property

Was a great house big enough for our family in a perfect location. The fireplace was great and warmed the lounge area perfectly, some firewood provided would have been nice and maybe a little more attention to detail in the cleaning eg: skirting boards, range hood lid needed a good wipe down. So close to the shops yet a really quiet location. Would definitely return to this house.

What a fantastic house and great location. With 6 adults and 5 children there was plenty of room and didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Will certainly stay there again when we all go back to Phillip Island

A comfortable house in a central location. Very suitable for all age groups. Well equipped with modern furnishings and bedding. We needed to contact the office to operate the TV as there were no instructions.

We had a great break at Phillip Island after a long year of shutdowns. The house was very central and close to shops restaurants etc. Very comfortable and clean.

Due to unforeseen circumstances we were moved to this house from our original rental. Very grateful as this house ticked all the boxes. Location was great, house very comfortable and warm with plenty of room for all of us.

Overall we had a good stay. The house is spacious with plenty of rooms. It’s in a great location and the agency who manage the property are friendly. The only downside was that when we arrived we found the place a little dirty and dusty. The house is nice but a little tired with obvious cracks in walls or ceiling. The carpets, sofa and cushions are also in need of a steam clean. It’s great for families and has pretty much everything you need but just needs a really good clean.

The house was very clean and a great set up for a group of people. I have already posted a report on Stayz.
I'd also like to thank First National Phillip Island for their service. I was looking at several properties via Stayz because our Qld trip was cancelled due to Covid lockdown and we needed a last minute alternative. Another agent at Phillip Island was less than helpful and failed to respond to queries. First National were very helpful. We could not make an actual booking until we knew the lockdown was lifted and First National facilitated a quick booking and were very professional.

The house was light and airy, with a fabulous main living area that accommodated all twelve of us in comfort. The kitchen was well appointed, with everything required for cooking for a large group - appliances and equipment was all in good order and we didn't want for anything. The outdoor space was well utilised, a lovely spot for kicking back with a cold drink and bbq-ing up a storm. The beds were comfy and beautifully clean, and the ceiling fans were much appreciated in the bedrooms. We couldn't have found a better location, being just around the corner to Coles or an easy 5-minute walk to the beach or any cafe or restaurant we chose. The agent was helpful on the few occasions we had to ask a question, and let us know shortly after checkout that we had left some clothing behind so that we could return to collect it. We are looking forward to returning to this house, it was such a perfect place for our large family.

The house is neatly setup and has a lot of space for our holiday vacations. It is close to the beach and all amenities we need. We didn't have any issues with this place during our stay.

An excellent holiday home. Easy walking access to the shops and beach. I liked that the dinning table and lounge had enough seating for the group. Safety features should be added to the rolling blind cords in each room.

The location of this property was perfect. Lots of space and overall very happy. A few maintenance items need to be attended to and we felt the floors had not been cleaned well before our stay.

Fantastic location walking distance to everything and a very spacious living, dining and kitchen area. Highly recommend.
