Right in the heart of Cowes, 1 of 4 quality brand new Apartments. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of living space. Walk downstairs right into the heart of Cowes, grab a coffee, a meal in any of the Cafe's Restaurants Cowes has to offer.
Even walk to the beach. Each Unit has 2 car parking spaces/boat parking. No WiFi. NOT PET FRIENDLY
All apartments are located on 2nd floor of complex. Unit 1 balcony faces the main street. No lift, stair access only.
Sleeps 5 -2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms
Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen bed with ensuite and walk in robe.
Bedroom 2 - 3 x single beds
Porta cot and high chair available on request.
These units are fully self contained and provide linen and towels.
The property is fully self-contained with all kitchen equipment.
This property provides all bedding and linen including towels, bathmats.
GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES!
GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.
You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.
Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded
KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

Unfortunately, we found we were not happy with the accommodation we booked. We were more than satisfied with the way in which First National understood and went about finding alternative accommodation for us.
This resulted in us having a wonderful stay (in amazing accommodation) at Cowes, and our thanks to Pago for how she made this happen.

The house was grate it was big. A grate Location near the shops and breach.
The car park was very hard to find.
The couch was losing its leather not very nice to set on.

The only complaints were that the blinds are not block out blinds. And only one towel per person for 4 nights is not enough.

We loved our stay at this property,
Apartment 1/83 Thompson Avenue, Cowes.
The only issue we had was the stair case taking up and down the pram all our luggage ect.
The apartment was very spacious, we loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the main street,
Location was prefect walking to all coffee shops restaurants supermarkets and Cowes beach.

We always enjoy staying in these appartments.
But we did notice that they were lacking in their supplies.
For example 2 toilet rolls for 4 days for 5 of us. One scoop of washing powder for the washing machine, minimal hand soap/2 dishwasher tablets. No spare blankets for either bedroom, it was cold.The master bedroom mattress sinks straight in the middle, needs to be replaced and a mattress in the spare room.

We had a lovely time in Phillip Island and the accommodation was great. So big and spacious. Location was amazing. 2 min walk to restaurants and the water. Very new so in great condition. Can't fault it and would highly recommend it.

Apartment had everything we needed for our family needs and beautifully presented.
What an amazing apartment! As soon as you walk in you feel the space, the kitchen has everything you need including side bench with seats. The living area has plenty of seating , modern furniture and view of the main street. The bedrooms are enormous, the beds are extremely comfortable and both rooms have more than adequate storage space , not to mention adjoining bathrooms. The patio offers a serene place to sit and enjoy a coffee or wine whilst watching the world go by
